Rant Has anyone ever had a reply from powercolor?

Well, have you?

I must have emailed them like 5 times in the past 2 months about a few different things, they just dont seem to respond.

I think after a month you just dont ever expect to see an email.

I mean it really annoys me when companies just dont email back, it just sends out the message that they really couldn't give a **** about customers after they have bought the product.

I havnt tried yet, but I bet if you email the sales and ask about a nice pricey card they would get right back to you.



Now who is OUTRAGIOUSLY good at responding to emails is XSPC, let me tell you a little story...

I was up late (though no where near as late as now) the other night looking at water cooling stuff, I saw the xspc dual bay res and thought it looked good, I had a little look around and couldnt find how much liquid it would hold. So I emailed xspc at 12:14.

I decided at 12:40ish to go to bed, I checked my emails first, and what do I see, a response from XSPC

The dual bay reservoir with pump takes 1050ml

The standard dual bay reservoir without the pump it takes 1350ml

And that was recieved at 12:28, a 14 minute response time, in the early hours on the weekend, now thats service!
