Just a touch over, yeah. As for RAM, I keep getting cold boots with 2.6, so I thought I'd give up with that route too, but obviously I'm wrong, so I'll try 2.6V and 2.5V. I'll see what I can do with the LDT voltage - my cooling's pretty good @32 C load, so there's plenty of headroom there i think.
