I have been gradually O/Cing my 9500np (9700). I got to a point where i didn't see any artifacts but 3DMark2001 crashed back to windows at some crazy res with low colour, reporting something like the display driver couldn't be initalised.

Now the system just seems to reboot after the low quality dragolithic test, even when I back the O/C down. Could the display drivers / windows have been corrupted by the O/C of have I shagged the card?

It's been running fine at pretty high clocks for a while (330 core and 320 mem) but the guy I bought it off some time ago said he'd had the core upto 350 so I thought I'd try to nudge it up a little more.

The graphics seem fine in windows / gaming etc.

Looks like it was 3dMark that'd corrupted.

I've found the limit of my card now though - atitool is excellect - 364 core and 318 memory. Not too bad considering...
