Okay so when I O/C my E6750 above 3.2Ghz my PCI bus runs at 103. I read that it doesn't need to go above 100 (or could cause problems down the road). I have a ASUS P5Q-EM mobo and when I try to put it at 100 it doesn't go there, the lowest it will go is 103.

Could you help me? Am I doing something wrong?

Well, 103MHz won't hurt anything, but if it starts to rise above 110 (or even more) then you should stop.

If it is running at 103Mhz because the motherboard thinks it should, and if the BIOS setting is still at 100Mhz (default) then it's probably nothing to worry about.

Or alternatively put the CPU clock down to the max it will have while PCI is still at 100 MHz, if you're worried.

In order to be competitive in reviews, board makers tend to put a small overclock with in the stock settings, so 103mhz would boost the performance by a few percent, over other boards. Its not unheard of.

    dont worry about it.
