That's curious ... I wonder why anyone would do that type of revision right now. DDR5 will certainly increase the memory bandwidth, but the card is hobbled by the lack of RAM (512MB), and of course the GPU is getting on. I'd guess that in most situations these days you'd be better off with a 1GB DDR3 version? Damn those newegg prices are cheap ...
There isnt a DDR5 card listed on sapphires site so im guessing its just a typo, unless its sapphire using up bits and bobs they've got lying around. EDIT: Palit/Gainward released DDR5 cards so it might not be a typo.
