Build Advice HDD salvage

    Bit of background, I'm nearing the end of my first build (parts list in signature) and I decided to take a trip to the family home.

    While poking through all my old stuff, I came across an old laptop and an old 2.5" HDD.

    After an hour of removing miniature screws, I'm now the proud owner of one of these:

    As I know very little general knowledge about connectors, I have no idea what cables to buy that will allow me to join these to my current beast (and add a whopping 120GB of 5400rpm glory).

    The first HDD has two rows of little pins (approx 2x24) then a small gap and four more little pins in a square.

    The second HDD has the same, however came fitted with some kind of adapter to a thin slot-type plug.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    You'll need laptop IDE to IDE cables.
