A/V Headphone problems

    I have the Platronics Audio 90 headset and now it only plays sounds out of the right earpeice. Anyone know what is wrong with it?

    Maybe the wire leading to the left speaker is b0rk3d; maybe it's actually the unit itself thats knackered...

    Probably a wire for the left ear piece is broken.
    Try moving the cord around and fingding the break. Ususally the break is less than 1 inch away from the strain releif (ironicaly enough).

    If you can open up the headphones you can fix it by desoldering the cable, cutting and stripping it before the break, and resoldering it.

    Had to do it with both ears on my current headphones (Though it was about 8 months apart)
