I have a few sleep disorders that all the medical profession in the form of my GP seem to do is fling drugs at the problem which do not work but do make me feel like a zombie for most of the following day. So I thought I might try sleep music and need phones I can wear in bed whilst my head is on the pillow.

I will Google tomorrow but was hoping for personal recommendations.

If you don't mind in ears, then the shure se215 is my favored bedphone.

Someone on AV forums suggested them but I feel that in ear will be very uncomfortable whilst lying on my side. Eventually went with Cozyphones as they are well reviewed and cheap enough that it will not be a big hit on my wallet if they are unsuitable.

As an aside, try searching YouTube for ASMR and finding something that sends you off.

Oddly getting to sleep is not an issue as I do it around 7-8 each night provided the neighbours grandchild is not staying the night above me. It is remaining asleep that I have majotr issues with and enjoying any benefit from the sleep I do get.
Not sure that ASMR will be of any help even if I could make out what it is supposed to do which at the moment I cannot.

Not headphones but how about one of the pillows with a built in speaker?

Thought about that but I think the type of music is I will be trying is better via both ears so feel that just using a pillow is not really an option.
