Hello Anyone know what the best Hearthstone alternative is out there? I played Hearthstone for a bit but haven't felt like I have made a single difficult decision yet. I have found quite a few out there such as: Scrolls Hex SolForge Infinity Wars (seems very good but is dying?) Magic and its variants Basically I don't have time to install and try all of these I was wondering if I could call on the experience of this forum. Thanks in advance
i don't think there's anything better than Hearthstone when it comes to playing online, at least that's what i gathered after i got addicted to Gwent (from Witcher 3) and want to find a good card game...
I actually really like Gwent, i'd love it if CD Project released it as a standalone, multiplayer game. Lots of work, but I know people who are genuinely addicted to Gwent, playing it more than any part of the story in the Witcher 3.
Duelyst is in beta - https://duelyst.com It kind of combines Hearthstone with a bit more board strategy. Has some flaws but a lot of people seem to like it.
so would i ! i was even lucky enough to play "Gwent Online" (fan made) before CDPR took it down, it was really fun despite being rather limited. the only bad thing about Hearthstone is i've never played WoW so i feel no connection to all the characters...
If you liked Gwent it might be worth looking at Thea: The Awakening. I stuck with Infinity Wars http://store.steampowered.com/app/257730. It is F2P and better than Hearthstone imho. If you want to try it feel free to use my joining code V9358S.
I barely play it. Played too many games where there was nothing I could do to win. Happens sometime in IW tbh although a lot less.
