Im throwing an idea round for a custom made cooling system for CPU/GPU cooling. Basically it is a shell and tube heat exchanger found in nearly every power stations, only this one would be on a much much MUCH smaller scale and made from acrylic. The fluid from the CPU/GPU water blocks would pass through the tubes (shown in green), with the cooling fluid passing round them inside the shell (shown in blue). The cooling fluid used to cool the tubes would then in turn be cooled by a quad 120mm radiator or something similar not worked all the details out yet. I know just using the quad radiator on its own would be more than sufficient but I want something that is unique! Any tips on building with acrylic or similar would be greatly appreciated, or any tips on the cooler itself!
