How was it in your neck of the woods?

Cloudy and around 10' C. Boring cloudy weather. Didn't shoot. But: The colours in shot #2 there are really great. I love that blueish behind the frosted green nettle. Not too keen on the composition but subject is very nice.

 

The nettle was a zoomed macro shot from about six feet. The background is an iced-over pond.

i like it but am no expert the 2nd i like more though

 

I like the elegant flow in the first one ... and the (insert technical language here) in the second one

Im not any good at photography or art (apart from the arty farty photoshop shiznit) but I like it

and yes, was frosty here too

 

On the drive to work today there was ribbons of freezing fog with 5 foot intervals from the ground to about 20ft over frozen fields, I was kicking myself for not having a camera in the car, it looked absolutely amazing!
