Ok, I know this will be old for some of you, but I wanted to get it posted before tearing it apart again to install the drive. With my luck it will be finished about a week too late for the Summer C3. (I missed the Winter one by about a week ) Corg8d
Not yet. that is what it is going to be torn apart for soon. Trying to get it ready for the Summer C3. Corg8d
saw your worklog on pheaton... the pictures don't do justice to the amount of work/equipment went into this. Hooooge and Niiice!
Also saw the worklog at Pheaton, A+ Work! Great Job. Hopefully You can get it done for summer C3, it would be a definate contender. ~Davy
VERY COOL! but I would have set the wheels out to the side rather than directly underneath...still like it though...
now if you get that to be remote control..... you'd have a true portable pc btw welcome to the forums /me pokes eddie for not noticing
As a matter of fact I am thinking of doing just that. There is almost no room underneath with the wheels so close. I agree that it will probably look cooler with the wheels out and the case closer to the ground. The additional advantage in doing that is that all 4 whells can be powered then. Corg8d
Ok, them is fight'n words! j/k The window, especially when lit, isn't that bad. By the way, for all those that think those are pop rivets, they aren't. Almost all the fasteners used in the whole case are polished stainless steel button head cap screws. Linkitch -- too many fasteners? Corg8d
