Hello, I bought a creative Zen so I could have something to entertain myself with while going to work. I'm trying to put an avi file on it but the player insists its the wrong file format. Lucky it comes with a converter but it converts the avi file to another avi file. I assume its something to do with codecs. I would like to try a different converter program because the creative one is slow but I dont know anything about this. How do I check the avi files to see what they are currently encoded with and what they are being encoded to? Thanks.
