    cant see the pic. temps below 70? which temp monitoring software was showing 90 degrees? i'd use core temp.

    I'm not trying to start a massive debate here, but try going with positive pressure (more intake, less exhaust) for the fans.
    It helped my temp + dust issues to a great degree.

    Yes, below 70 now but my core speed is 1.6GHz, 200x 8multiplier just figuring out how to change it now :(.

    Thanks - Currently i have

    2 intake
    1 exhaust
    and PSU.

    Is the multi like that the whole time? Checked the BIOS? Try turning speedstep off to be sure.

    Yes, the multi is always at 8.
    I can't find speedstop anywere.

    Speedstep should be a BIOS option.

    Try setting the multiplier manually?

    The multiplier is stuck at 12.5

    Overclock = Multiplier x FSB. Some people like to raise their FSB to as high as possible and then raise the Multiplier until they hit the max stable overclock as it gives a slight overclock to other components as well as the CPU however the relative performance increase is so small that its rearely worth bothering lowering the Multiplier.

    So i should leabe the multiplier at 12.5 [Max] and just up the FSB?
