Modding Help finding a bracket or Identifying an unknown case mod project please?

    I've found this picture on my large collection of nice modding bits on my hard disc that I've collected over the years. I can't for the life of me remember where I got the pic from or whose project it is. Any assitance would be greatfully recieved.

    Why I am asking is that I am trying to find a source of the bracket he/she has used to join the box section aluminium , all my google/store/forum searches have drawn a blank.
