Electronics HELP LCD Advice required on neg voltage please

Just picked up this

but i need negative voltage for the contrast so would this do the job?

and while i have your attention,
will i need the particular cathode inverter it recommends or will i get away with using a regular inverter ?

come on guys i was going to order this today IF its the right part...

 

If it needs -12v youo can get that from your ATX PSU... Dont know about that IC though... should do!

 

nope -12 is not going to do it, needs about -15 just wanted to make sure that dc converter was going to do the job, should do mmmm lol

Would still like any info, will i need a special inverter or will i regular CC inverter do ?
