Windows HELP!!!! linux nuked my windows

ok, it nuked windows, then I used the command it told me to reinstate the mbr, and its completley dead. Im running off the liveeval CD I had kicking around. so I have 2 questions..

How do I get it to boot from the install CD, and

How do I get xp to boot now?

 

im trying to get to the bit-tech channel, so I will talk there.

Edit: looks like im having a bad tech nite, i cant login there....

 

problem fixed, I hope, GOt lilo working, ill see if it will default to windows next time...

 

Oh bad tech nite alright.... ugggh dont get me started, well I guess Im getting better, I had it fixed in an hour.
