Ok so I need to replace the VGA input on a projector.
I need to get one from RS componants but for the life of me I can't work out which one I need.
It needs to be PCB mount and it needs to be female of course.

I'm lost in the RS order codes and descriptions. I don't want to end up with a 2 row 15 pin Dsub connector!!

    any help please?!

    Thanks

Sorry it needs to mount directly to the pcb. not at rightangles.
and pref RS as they are cheaper and I need other things from them too!

Try part no. 481-443 - that's the standard VGA cable connector

The socket itself is broken? That seems pretty unusual (compared to broken traces / solder joints)...

Yea looks like the connector itself might be broken, have looked at solder traces, but doesn't look like that is a problem.

Thanks for the part number, never thought I would be able to find that!
