Yeah a list of your running processes would be helpful, even a screen print...

find out who the silly bear is!

    from a cmd prompt "netstat -a > c:\list_ports.txt"

when u think its happening, that shows you all active network connections

visit www.sysinternals.com for netstatp which is even better.

Also when you find out who is controlling your computer post IP address when you get it verify that they are realling in control. Giving us the IP is a starter since if you send me all your information about it I could reverse engineer it and make sure this is turned around. At least in most cases, but if you did somthing dumb I can't really help you.

    Example of dumb:
IMbuddy: Hey dude I just found this sweet picture of this hotchick at school on the net check it out she is sooo drunk here download it from me: Click click click :eek:pen file: Error opening file
    YouIM:Dude files not working
IMbuddy: Oh really I wonder why? *he is thinking lmao I just sent him a instance of backorifice and I have control haha I am such a lamer!*

That is an example of dumb clicking and downloading files directly from people. Also do you use some sort of anti-virus / firewall etc...? I suggest you find some good on access protection for while your computer is on. I turn my stuff off usually while I game the most, but my stuff is usually pretty well protected since my computer likes to play the ghost game.
