Hey everyone, I'm getting kinda desperate now. I uploaded photos from my camera into a new folder on my desktop (called new folder ) I had a look through them so I know they made it onto my PC. I switched my PC on the next day and could not find the folder anywhere! I've tried everything from searching to recovery tools and they didn't find any trace! I then tried running the recover tool on my flash card from the camera. It's seeing the pictures that I moved to my PC but when I try to restore them, they won't open with any application (tried adding a .jpg extension also). They were photos from my partners birthday and I was entrusted with the photo taking Anyone had any experience with this or know what to do?
Thanks very much. Found that first link last night a wee while after I posted. It scanned the card on my camera and I've managed to recover almost all of the photos! Sigh of relief.......................
