Modding help please - Orange fan grills?

All,

Is there an easy way to turn a standard silver or black 140mm fan grill into a bright orange one? (to match the colour of a bequiet 800 case)

I can't seem to find any orange fan grills

 

Good quality enamel spray paint would do the trick, but you will likely have a problem with paint chipping if you don't prep the surface. I imagine black grills will be easier to paint than the chromed ones.

This thread is a little old, but you may also look into getting them powder coated. The finish will last forever, and for some small parts like that it shouldn't cost much. Something like a bright "safety orange" is a pretty standard color for shops to stock too.
