Hey Guys, Just a curious question...been in japan for awhile, and now that im back i wanna upgrade my current computer for the best gaming. im in the process of upgrading my computer an HP Elite m9060n and i was seeking some advise on what i could pump into this machine and not blow it up. I'll provide some links to the my specs. Im running a Intel Core 2 Quad with 3gbs of ram. I wanna get as much out of this computer as i can. Seeking whats the best ram, graphics card, processer (if i can change it) and whatever else you guys think would be a nice touch. If you need any further information, please ask. 5770 4890 5850 5830 should all work without alot of issues you will need to check the space though cheaper options would be a 9800 or a 4850 id guess the power supply is a generic thing so id keep it to the latter 2. If you do want a card on the top then id upgrade to psu to a 500 watt branded psu
lol with all these numbers i have no idea what your talking about lol. The ram? Graphics Card? im kinda confused lol
He means buy one of these: http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/1GB-...DDR3-GPU-625MHz-800-Cores-DL-DVI-I-HDMI-D-Sub new graphics card. The rest of the system looks balanced to me. Stick another stick of ram in for the hell of it. http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/1GB-...-6400-(800)-240-Pins-Non-ECC-Unbuffered-CAS-5
so if you guys had a choice...what would be the best graphics card for this system? meaning one my motherboard can support and rock socks off
What size is your monitor and what resolution? The really good graphic cards are only really needed for people with massive monitors on very high resolutions, 4850 will run anything else pretty much topped out I think.
around 23" 1920x1080...i like how you recommended the links...any advice on a good psu for my comp? its a 630 w psu i believe
