Hey there, i was going to pick up a PG240128LRF-ATA-B - http://www.powertipusa.com/pdf/pg240128a.pdf , but before i do just wanted a more knowledgable opinion of this display, if i am reading the info correctly this baby needs 5v, to run, seems too easy lol , so any help would be greatly appriciated . And if anyone out there could put a wiring diagram together for a total lcd newb, stop me killing this baby plz. Incidently if any of you uk bit-techers fancy one of these, the guy selling them says he has plenty left and they are quite reasonable in price. cheers minging
Have a look at this m8... HERE Found this while for the same info and (imho) is extremely neat and a good guide! Using it myself to get my LCD up and running! hth...
cheers mate, just what i was looking for, well allmost lol, slightly daunting for the complete lcd newb, so it looks like i am going to need a few extra bits, dont suppose anyone out there got any spares? cheers minging
Howdy mate. It looks like we got the same dispays from the same seller. However i was told it was a PG240128A, which is non backlighted and reflective. But now it seems it's a PG240128LRF-ATA-B , i'll get the display next week so i can be sure wut it is.
Hmmmm good question mate, and one i will be asking , it appears to be advertised as both , but it does say that in has a yellow/green backlight, so fingers crossed... Whats it worth....? mailed ya the link, gonna make sure i get mine before the whole world gets in on the act...
