Well i dont really know if this should go in here but anyway.

Im trying to mod an old snes game copier the MGH (Multi Game Hunter)
there are 2 things i want to do to it first is upgrade the ram and second is add a different means of data transfer

now the problem with upgrading the ram is that the ram is soldered directly onto the main board of it and i have little idea about ram ic's the ones it has on there now are similar to ones that are on simm chips and it equals to 16M 4X4 configuration

and about the data transfer the unit currently uses a floppy disk drive which is slow and is almost dead the unit communicates to the drive the same way a computer does but i want to get rid of the FDD all together and maybe try putting a hard drive or something larger in there

    Any help would be great
And sorry for any sounding like a newbie
