    it should be but just make sure that the cpu is a socket 370 aswell.

    Is there a chance it uses a proprietary PSU?

    Might be something to look out for :)

    Yer...looks like it might use a AT psu.......might wanna keep away....

    Its not an AT psu, but it might use that extra connector (not the +12v one) that you get with ATX PSU's.

    But anyway, that board will not fit in an ATX case.
