Hi from melbourne, australia, firstly l just want to say that l appreciate any free help that l can get, l know people on here are volunteers, which is something l want to do, so thanks. And also my computer/internet knowledge isn't the greatest, so laymans terms preferred when l get some answers.
Anwyay basically l am having problems sending an email to trend micro in australia, the address i'm trying to send is to pccau@trendmicro.com.au, and it is a valid address, l keep receiving a mailer-daemon error message, and l have no idea what to do about it something tells me its got something to do with my anti virus (which is trend micro), and i've just signed up with yahoo mail recently, and its the only email i've sent off in yahoo mail, (to trend micro), and l have no idea if l should send more emails because this problem might occur again, anyway the error message is below, actually its the whole email, because l don't know what part l should include/not include. (sorry) Refer below:

After a quick search on Trend Micro AUS, i notice the email address your trying to send to is wrong. It should be pccau@support.trendmicro.com from looking at this page

Remove Norton Anti Virus, and install something that isn't bloatware.

Hum, Trend shouldn't be affecting the way you send emails though Yahoo mail. Because i'm in the UK, i use Trend Internet Security, and BT Yahoo, and had no issues. I've not got it installed currently as i kept experiencing other problems that were Trend Micro related, and extremly annoying. I will re-install later on, hopefully after Trend have responded to your message, and you posted a yay or nay responce. If its yay, then Job Done on our account, if its nay, then i will install it, and find the options out for you.

    Hope this helps

    Sam

    Ninja Edit.
One question i forgot to ask, are you sending the emails from a Yahoo program installed on your computer, or from Yahoo's website? If its the former, then i think its because Trend is doing its job, haha, sounds funny i know, but the firewall would be blocking it from sending outbound messages. Also note that Trend can scan inbound and outbound messages, and if i can remember right, you have to set Trend up with your email account or something along those lines. But i would do this if i were you.
Open Trend Micro up so you have the main panel open:
Then click on Firewall or Firewall options
Then check what level the firewall is operating at (High/Medium/Low) I beleive there is also a custom setting also, this you would need to click. It then should open a list of all the programs Trend allows access through the firewall to the internet, so search for anything Yahoo in there, chances are, it may not be there, and therefore, your messages are not being sent though the firewall.
Also, make sure you don't have Windows operating a firewall too. During installation, Trend should have de-activated the windows firewall, but windows will do what it pleases so may have started it up again.
XP User: Start-Control Panel-Windows Firewall, and then you should see if its on or not.
Vista User: Same as XP User.

    Again, hope this helps
