Well guys, I'm starting off on my first real cool mod, just something simple I guess...I'll have pics later if I feel like it. Anyways, I am in need of some paint for the project; in particular some nice metallic colors. I am looking for a chrome-ish spraypaint (although I like the 'brushed' look more than the 'mirror' look), a metallic red and a metallic blue. If I could do some high gloss overcoat thingy that'd be cool too...I know nothing about painting Anyways, if you guys have any good sites for metallic spraypaints please let me know And if you've got any pics of stuff you've done with the paint or if the site has pics that's even better, so that I can see how it looks when it's dried. Most of the 'Chrome' paint I've used could best be described as dull grey. The last stuff I bought the silver by the same company was shinier...
Lowe's painting area, I got Rust O Leum Metallic series ("chrome") and put it on my xbox, it's simply stunning, just make sure to put primer and clear coat
