Just like dozens of other sites already established. The main difference being I can only see 2 projects listed there?
I've seen several of the Project-Bid sites, the trouble is you always end up getting under cut by some developer living in some far flung corner of the globe where the cost of living is a fraction of what it is here in the UK or the US for that matter. So you end up with bids of around £200 for a project that might take a month to complete. To compete on price you'd have to work for the equivalent of around £1 an hour, which may be reasonable if you happen to live in some parts of the Middle East, the Indian sub-continent and Asia, but hopeless in Europe and the US.
