Half Life2: Episode 2. Is it just me, or was this a bit of a stealthy release? I only noticed it on Steam by accident yesterday. Cheap as chips! Bought.

I never bought OB. With it saying release date 26th May 2010 I assumed it was new. LOL I never finished Ep.1 tbh. I've just started playing HL2 again recently, as I can't remember any of it.
Indeed I enjoyed it, felt it really expanded on the initial story line and it was alot more fun than the first episode. Awaiting: EP3
No idea, there's no solid info on it yet. Just speculations. I don't expect it to be at least mid next year yet tbh.
I have played Portal, yes. I grabbed it the other week when it was on offer. Finished it in 3 days Fantastic game, but was hoping it would be harder than that. Eagerly awaiting Portal 2 now though No I didn't
Try the map created be Bethesda then. They loved the game and created a mod for it, I couldn't beat it though.
yup. now you just have to get the gnome achievement (little rocket man) in ep2 How ever if i remember correctly i think gabe said no EP3 for 2010.

Whoa there big fella, back it up a tad there, no Ep3 in 2010... You gotta be feckin shittin' me, I mean I do believe in Valve and I respect the "done when its done" approach but Ep2 came out in late 2007, what the hell is taking so long? By the time Ep3 get released it will be just about the same length of time to release the episodes as it was to release HL2 after the original. So much for episodic gaming keeping the gaps between releases short, bloody hell first Black Mesa Source misses its 2009 release by quite a bit (ok, I know its being coded by fans and not an actual game studio) and now this. Bah, bad news day. Oh and by the way Portal Prelude is rock hard in comparison to Portal, I'm stuck on test 19, I know two ways to do what I need to do to get to the ledge but no matter how often I try it I just keep missing it. I refuse to cheat and one day I will get it, eventually.
Another vote for Portal: Prelude. It's a total bitch and I love it, much as it makes me throw things about To be fair it's still quite easy to work out what to do, it's just a complete nightmare trying to make it all go exactly to plan. There is no room for error. Also lol at 3 days, it's meant to be like an hour ;D
