Ok guys i am a newbie at overclocking but i want to learn how to do it. so today i read some tuts and decided to bumper my FSB from 166 to 176. after i restarted with the new settings and got into Windows my pc just shut down. I read this is becuase of the volt. Problem is my voltage isnt what it should be.

    My specs:
    ECS L7S7A2
    AMD 2600+ @2083MHz (12.5 X 166FSB)
    Aftermarket heatsink
    1gb of pc2700
    9800Pro
    SB 24bit Live
    40gb HD
    x-connect 500watt PSU

AMD says my CPU's Voltage should be 1.65v but it is at 1.45v(see pic).

I can bump my voltage up by 1%, 3%, and 5% but this still keeps me below 1.65v. and when my pc is completely shut off and restarted my volts are back to 1.45v :(

Anyone know why my volts are the way they are? And am i taking the wrong approach at OverClocking?
