Sure you haven't been Facebook raped? I mean, the 'interested in Men' change can go unnoticed for years..
Are you saying you don't like the gays?.. Sounds like someone isn't exactly padlocked into their own sexuality to me.
interested in networking XD I wonder if they take that as buttsecks networking- maybe a train that goes all the way around the room
I love how someone can post a comment on how they get an overabundance of one type of ad on fb (for something they have (presumably ) no interest in) and suddenly everyone who agrees with him that its wierd is a homophobe. Nobody here is gay bashing, quit trolling.
I've had a couple of gay friends over the years, boys and girls, so no I wouldn't say I hate gays. If anything the gay friends that have come and gone (definitely no pun intended) were some of the most mature friends i've ever had. I've also met lots of pathetic people over the years aswell, as you do, both gay and straight, boys and girls, who just made me sick. I'm not sure why you are so defensive about the subject, but if it's because you are gay, then don't think that I would hold that against you. It's your character that will affect what people like me will think of you.
Are you actually playing that crouch sniping minigame and wonders why you get more of those ads?.....
I think they think you're gay. I wonder why. Sometimes if you visit a weird website like B&Q, they use your cookies to post adds onto the webpage. Not sure what that is but do you have any gay friends that have been on your pc? Middle add looks like ben stiller. Just the nose and mouth...-Scottish girly man voice- kiss me ben oh kiss me beny boo, turn me inta a man yee hunky chunky bed bunkereeno.
I don't think facebook's banner ads would be spying on browsing history. Well, I hope not. I think it just works with what's in your profile: I added the World of Warcraft facebook app a couple of years ago and have been receiving ads for free online MMOs ever since. I do get the occasional dating one, because I refuse to update my relationship status on facebook (relationship status drama is the single most annoying thing about facebook), but they're always straight. I feel somehow marginalized
I like to think that I called it in another thread a while back. Just sayin'. Plus, is it just me or is there something mildy humorous about using a tool called 'greasemonkey' to get rid of gay ads? Why am I suddenly reminded of Mike Myer's 'Sprokcets' routine from Saturday Night Live?
I bought Zumba online for my mum... It played havoc wth my ads, I had to go on the google thing where you can select what you're actually interested in and remove "Being a girl".
Damn. This is what 9 time zones and copious amounts of alcohol will do to a person. I should take more time to watch the thread dates before posting snarky comments.
