aluminum + copper = very very BAD idea.
It'll cause a galvanic reaction which will lead to corrosion and potentially flow blockage and pump failure

Apart from that. Great work - you have a very fine set of skills here mate. Good job.

With request from many members about galvanic reaction in my VGA block. I have removed my GFX block and now working on full copper block , till then
    Some New updates
    1.
New PUMP gift from a DIY fan from Goa, India ...Cool AC 220V Pump. New tubes and a drain outlet tube added with a T- joint . SMPS also modded with a relay base switch for pump, so pump starts and shut down automatically with PC.

Two Seagate 500 GB 32MB buffer Sata HDD in RAID0..
A recognizable difference in system Speed. Now i believe that RAID do works.

    Respect due (and rep)

I'm finding it hard going just making a diy acrylic case and I've got access to some good tools.

top marks for making your own water kit.

I like the way your cd/dvd & 3 1/2" drives levetate (not bolted in )

You, sir, are full of WIN!

I'm a lazy Indian - buying off-the-shelf kit for looks. :worried:
You take it a whole new level!
Where do you live in India? I'd honestly like to meet you when I get back home (if you're around the North). :)

I think I caught a glimpse of this build on techenclave, but this is the first time I'm giving it a proper look and I am VERY impressed. :thumb:

After upgrade to Biostar board I found that GFX card is not getting proper air flow from side panel fan cos card is now placed in bottom pci-e 16 slot resulting increase in temp of GFX.
So decided to do something. Cut the side panel and fitted an Aluminum wire grill. And placed two Foxconn 92mm fan.

But these fan are very noise in my wc setup. Got to do something…..searched my work place found a 5w thermo-resistance used in Xerox machine to temp control huge 240mm 24v fan.
So designed a 1-3 fan pin extender with two connectors are controlled by this thermo-resistance. Resuling a quite fans…..

I wonder if Cheapskate is looking at this and getting ideas :hehe:

Oh and please Mr. Sharma, I'm a kid. You mustn't call me mister! :p

Nice update, although I'm looking forward to the video card waterblock when it comes :)
I'll be sure to get in touch with you when I get back home! :thumb:

EDIT: Wow, I just realized that I punctuated every line with a smilie. Few things get me this excited.

Ok now i am onto RAM Cooler.

Please tell me which orientation of fans is good
    Type -A
    [IMG]

    OR
    Type -B
    [IMG]

This is what I am going to do.

Install side slot stopper with spring action and 10mm foam to hold it tight with RAM slot.
Form will give it a good grip and also help in reducing vibrations produced by fans.

Will finish the product by 2moro.
