Quite keen to get a camera set up out back so looking for recommendations. I'm looking for something with local storage (SD is fine, but ideally it would hook in to Synology) and is battery powered. I can't be bothered to start drilling holes in the wall outside as I don't have a hammer drill. Night vision and motion detect would also be ideal - not sure if I'm asking too much here. My slightly easier solution is to go with the eufySecurity gear - outdoor camera and doorbell. That's the easier option and it still has local storage, but still relies on eufy servers. I'm sure some of you have something set up so what you got and how good?
That would be my preferred option if I could be bothered/had the money/doorbell was available in the UK.
