I'm working on a design project for my Human Interface Design course, and would really appreciate it if those of you who use TVs would take a quick survey: https://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?formkey=dGNvRWJZWGdRblluRHNoRFR4Z2I3a2c6MA All results anonymous, etcetera. Thanks!
I completed the survey, but I doubt my insights would be of much use. I have a HTPC with one remote control, and universal remotes would be useless to me. Also, I'd never buy an iPhone or whatever to use as one. I'm clearly not the 'target demographic' here.
Done, I accidentally clicked one of the "anything else" questions and then couldn't un-click it. I left the entry blank as there wasn't anything else 5 remotes, 4 in regular use.
It's one thing having ten pieces of AV-equipment with each having their own remote... I have only one amp but two remotes Control-freak much? Good luck with the survey/project.
I've got two remotes for the TV system and another for the radio. The most important button from me is Mute. Seriously, hit that sucker when adverts come on. Unfortunately, the radio remote lacks such an option so gets turned off for the more annoying ads.
