i dunno, the last couple hot shots titles left a bad taste in my mouth ... i remember entire weekends spent around the tv with a multi-tap and HS1 & 2 ... 3 just didnt do anything for me. 4 was rented and returned the same night.

I've got the Jap PSP version, and even though I can't understand what the **** the characters are prattling on about, it's still a very good game that is PERFECT for a portable games machine.
The last and only portable golf game I like is "Golf" for the Gmae Boy (The old school green LCD screen, 10 lbs. Game Boy) If I get a PSP I will def. get this game because I am a big fan of the Hotshots Golf series.
If there was a 2 player (1 console) mode on this game, I would have to say it was near perfect. I would buy a PSP just for this game, I bloody love it. I am a big fan of the series though, I can see that it might not be everyone's cup of tea, but if you like golf games and have/want a PSP then this has to be on your list of "must have" PSP games. The production is slick. The game is great fun to play and as Mookboy said, it's perfectly suited to the PSP. Go get
