Damn why is it every hotel I stall in the tv's are locked. I usually take an dcs player with and watch movies I can imagine why but what a hassle to unlock them. This US why you need a smart phone so you get the remote unlock code. sent from HTC Sensation
I think he's had a couple of words corrected by his HTC which remove quite a lot of meaning. I reckon it should be: Also: Whoever on the Tapatalk team that made that signature on everything the default needs to be lobotomised. I don't give a **** what device you're posting from.
You can remove the sig. I changed mine to "boom iphone headshot for a while" but that was for another forum really. Also who carries around a DVD player?
Fun fact: 90% of my forum posts between 8AM and 6PM Mon-Fri are from Tapatalk. If I'm in the house and, say, watching TV and posting on a forum, those are from Tapatalk as well. I've stopped frequenting forums that don't support Tapatalk or don't keep their plugin updated (I'm looking at you, GT4OC ) and I haven't had a Tapatalk signature since the day after I downloaded the app. I don't carry a DVD player. Come to think of it, I've pretty much stopped using DVDs altogether.
I know, I've had it off since day one. I mean that whoever on their dev team made it enabled by default should have their brain scrambled.
I quite often stay in holiday inns where the tv's are usually LG's with standard remotes. It's great being able to pack my PS3 for games or blurays.
More importantly, who travels to some destination then spends their time in the hotel room watching movies from home? I just don't get it. Are people really that hard up for a specific movie that they can't wait until they get home? Aren't there more interesting things to see and do? My coworker always packs a full-size DVD player and a few movies, then complains about having to pay for an overweight suitcase.
When you live in a hotel for work, you get bored quickly. I lived in the Marriot in Portsmouth for 6 months, and if it wasn't for a co-worker staying there, I would of gone stir crazy!
Still, a laptop with a hard drive full of movies is an infinitely better solution than carrying a full size DVD player, cables and a load of discs around with you.
