Hotmail space increase?

    I just checked my (free) hotmail, and my space has jumped from 250mb to 2gb.....quick question, but is this normal?

    I've still got 250Mb wonder why your shot up? Perhaps a beta testing program or a upgrade to certain accounts on certain servers, are you in the US? Because I'm in the UK and maybe its just testing it out in some areas....

    How handy :). It's nice that livemail works through outlook as well now, meaning I don't have to resort to paying £15p/a for the privilage of combining Microsoft's services.

    Ditto, It hit my account just last week. Only thing I could think was "bout damn time"

    I dont much like the beta though, up untill recently it has been slow as all hell and would randomly freeze my browser for 10-15 seconds at a time.

    okay, a little OT, but you know what the most annoying this about live beta is? When it's just loading in the background, and you're reading something else in another window in the foreground, it "jumps" into the foreground when its finishes loading no matter what you do... pisses me off to no end
