as the title says how cool is this. I use a web site that lets people give away stuff that they no longer want to other members of the site because all members get an email and who wants it responds (first come first served basically), Anyway that besides the point I just got a Sony Vaio pocket music player (20gb one) free, all because the previous owner said it was'nt holding a charge I looked at it turns out she was'nt charging it for long enough it works perfectly (also got 128mb USB Flash Memory Stick from the same person).
You mean Freecycle? Surely the decent thing to do, once you have discovered their folly, and the were kind enough to give it away under the impression it was "broken" would be to return it?
two things 1. what makes you think that I have'nt already offered it back to them (they said that no they had given it away and they were fed up of trying to get it to work I explained what the error had been and they said no problem to keep it) 2. who ever told you that I was A decent person (they lied) i'm evil, i'm satanic, I'M A GOD i'm also dyselxic
So basically you sign up and respond to emails to get free stuff. If that was me I'd just sell all my old things on eBay anyway, but get stuff here.
Wow, nice it ACTUALLY has Hong Kong coverage for once the stuff you guys talk on here I can relate to... Hmm actually I think this is a great idea, i've had alot of useless **** I could chuck away or otherwise give to em, the only problem is me, I'm lazy
Freecycle is great. I've got rid of loads of stuff on there that I didn't want and wasn't worth selling. Also picked up a beetle engine for my mate.
I signed up to Frecycle years ago and didnt seem that great going to take another look now. Regards GiGo
I just managed to pick up a packard bell monitor, keyboard and mouse as well as a ps1. so yeah you can get some good stuff
