Cases How do I mount an SSD in a Corsair 650d?

    got my new case and the ssd but i have no idea how to mount the sad into the tool-less hdd bays, is there something i'm missing?

    I can't remember off the top of my head how I did it, but I don't recall any problems. I'll have a look tonight when I get back home.

    I recall my Antec 100 came with special screws and grommets to mount SSDs.. U might want to check for the same.

    Double sided sticky tape it to anywhere that is easy to route cables too/looks good.

    mmmm thanks guys, i may stick it somewhere considering how light it is..

    aaah i see where its meant to go in that picture supplied by faugusztin's link... however where do i get them tiny screws? :S there like really small screws, i have some screwed into my hdd but i would need more to mount it that way :S

    Have a look for a 2.5" to 3.5" adapter for the ssd. Most of the main sites such as Scan, Aria, Ebuyer etc carry stock and they are reasonably cheap. Should work out much easier.

    Doesn't the case come with them? Also don't worry about using every screw hole, it's soo light, you shouldn't really need more than 2-3 to hold it in place.
