Mine strted off ok, till I had to go out to get some money, this is what happened 1) Stepped in dog mess with out realising it 2) Dog mess gets on best pair of trousers, hope I haven't ruined them :cries: 3) Same thing happened to £40 pair of trainners :cries: 4) An American phoned me on my mobile (how did he get my number?) phoned demanding I pay him back his $6000 (what $6000????? ) 5) Windows XP being a pain up the a$$
Today has been good for me, been doing on-site computer repairs all day which is much easier now I have my scooter. But yesterday..... I went round my dad's to install his car radio. It turned out that his ex-police Omega MV6 had had all of its stereo connections cut off with a pair of scissors. So I had to solder every single ****ing wire onto a new ISO connector. Then there seemed to be nowhere to screw in the front speakers so they had to be glued. This REALLY ****ed me off but I got it done in the end. Anyway, his old car is currently parked outside his flat in the town centre, with 3 flat tires and a flat battery. So, being the nice person I am I offered to take his electric tire inflator down there and pump them up using the ciggy lighter socket on my scooter. Well, I noticed my scooter tires were a bit flat so I decided to test it out on the scooter first. I plugged in the pump and proceeded to pump up the back tire. It stopped at 40PSI as it should, but then I realised I forgot to turn the engine oh! DOH!! I try the electric start, nothing whatsover. Strange, I think. So then I kick start it, and rev up the engine, forgetting the pump is still attached to the back wheel! Round goes the wheel, and round goes the pump! One broken pump. But that's not all.. As I have no pump I ride the scooter home. The battery should be charged by now I think. I try the electric start, nothing. WFT? Turns out none of the electrics work whatsovever, except for the lights. The indicators work with the engine running, but flash really quickly rather than at the normal speed. I think it's just a fuse but I haven't got round to fixing it yet. I have been riding it all day and nothing has changed, so the battery is not flat. As you can see I am very bored to be typing this and too tired to do anything more physical. If anyone has read this far, I hope you enjoyed my sad story.

I've had a pretty good day, First off I wake up 10 mins before g/f was supposed to arrive here, fratic rush to wake myself up. She gets here about half an hour later then I remember that she changed the time to half an hour later I show off her new PC which I have built to replace her p1 166, she plays Serious Sam all day (with a few breaks for um.. activities ) Then I realise how bloodthirsty she is lol, she couldnt hit anything this morning and this afternoon she was mowing down everything in sight She trundles home with her new pc, half an hour later, fone call, pc won't go on the internet, I think "oh crap" tell her a few lil things to try and it works fine I am now on here spamming at 1:20am with no top on in the dark cos it's too warm and I'm typing quietly trying not to wake my parents
i cant remember the last time i used the electric start as it dont work on my scooter eather, the battery does not charge properly si just use the kick & the alternator provides enough current for the lights & everything still enjoying the scooter adam? (stupid question i kno ) anyway life is good for me, recently, yes me the person who would win an awayrd for the uglyest person int the world has a girlfriend & not jsut nay girlfrend the most beautiful one in the world, the best bit is she is inot punk & rock & if she had more money would buy toms of gadgets like i do /me runs off singint he happy happy joy joy song
Had to get out of bed at 8:30am to do my laundry (I really hate laundry). Then had to go to sort out a private customers PC (take off XP, re-install w2k and reconfigure database software, backup schedules, dun entries, bla bla bla) that took 2 hours. Went to get some food afterwards and came back home and watched the F1 Qualifying that I had taped, and btw I think the new circuit sucks so far, maybe I'll change my mind watching the race tomorrow, slept on the couch for a bit then got a call from my brother to say that he's band is playing tonight so I have to go. Meet up in town with all the other poeple, record the show, then come back home and chill out on the PC, until my other friend calls me up, p!ssed up in town with one of his mates, wants to come round so I say ok, his mate was wasted and ended up hurling in my bathroom (ffs). They're gone now and I can go back to chilling on my lovely PC

As patronising as that comment sounded, I won't be offended because you are totally right. I always do things at the speed of light, then suffer the consequences afterwards First PC I ever built, took me about half an hour. I must have been about 11 at the time. I wondered why I had all these cute little brass things left over at the end, but I was so eager to get my PC going I didn't worry about it too much. I think you can guess what happened next.... Btw, samuelellis, I wouldn't mind about the battery either, it's just that the indicators are really dim and flash fast so I don't think the other drivers can see them, which obviously is bad. Also the oil light now won't go out, and instead gets brighter the faster the engine revs. It's ok atm because I just poured in the best part of a can of oil, but I would like to know when it runs out really Going fuse hunting later..... EDIT: I am still enjoying it though, it means I don't have to turn down jobs now, which equal lots of money for me, which equals NEW PC!!
well my day started at midnight as all my days do i got into work at about 20 to twelve. I sat down and tested about 1700 783 hybrids . one of the other people who does this like to stand over my shoulder and tell me to work faster and point out any little thing i do wrong . so i sit there ignoring this for half an hour before walking off to get a drink. come back she is gone get out of work at 8 am come home write this and go to bed.
