    1 for CD-RW
    1 for DVD-ROM
2 for a graphic LCD (hopefully soon to come)

    5...

    DVD
    CDRW
    Baybus/Removable HDD
    2 for LCD

I'd like more but can't afford a bigger case.

. . .8. . . or more because I prefer to have space for seperate CD drives for different functions. I really don't like all in one drives except for the one that Sony has out that burnes DVD's plus everything else. Also I like to have plenty of room for hotswap bays for large 200gig + drives and thermal monitoring equipment.

I use two: CDRW(stealthy) and Xaser II default Hardcano 7.
perhaps if I could afford a dvd-r then I'd be set
but who needs one when we can invest in sony blue? :)

    I could use 6:
DVD-ROM, DVD Burner, Live Drive, 2 for LCD, and 1 blank cause its always good to have at least one open for future modding/upgrades

If I put my 2 systems together then I would need 6, but I would always want 1 or 2 more just in case.

What I'd put in all those bays :

    CDRW
    DVD
    Audigy Drive
    DigiDoc 5
    DDS2 Tape Drive
    Baybus
    HDD Caddy
    5.25" Floppy Drive :eyebrow:

I have 6 and I'm sire I could fill them all if I had more money. For now, though, only 4 are taken.

Hard Drives use the 3 1/4" spaces, and those are all internal anyways... this is for external bays
