    how much liquid coolant do i need for my loop?
    how do you know?
    i have a koolance 80mm res
    im cooling the NB/SB and CPU with 140.1 and a 120.3 rad
    every bit of advise helps

    Get extra, never hurts. Plus you'll have to change the coolant eventually anyway.

    I used half a litre for my loop with 5.25" drive bay reservoir, 120mm rad, cpu + chipset blocks and using 8mm tubing. But as has been said, better to have too much, plus you'll need to renew your coolant at some point (not sure how often you should?) or have some left for another project!
