Graphics How much is a decent price for a ASUS 9600 XT

    Looking at this as im on a budget for my graphics!

    Anything better for that sort of range?

    Looked at 9800 but a little expensive i think but is it worth it?

    What's your budget? If we know that we might be able to help more. The 9600XT is not a bad card but may struggle in some of the latest games. I'd recommend the 9700 pro if you can afford it - close performance to the 9800 pro but cheaper. Costs £94 new from ocuk

    my budget is under a hundred, the lower the better really,

    im really into games such as need for speed underground, havent really tried ones such as doom or half-life, so would a 9600, not be able to cope with these?

    Im Lookig at a 9600 xt, is that better than the pro?

    Also woundlt consider selling ur CPU would you?

    xt is slightly faster than the pro, core speed is quicker.
    As for the cpu, no chance, I've not had it long :)
