    233 watt
    This is 7% LESS wattage than the average person
    * You could light up 2 light bulbs
    * You could power 58 iPods
    * You could power 1 Xbox 360
    * 4 of you would be needed to keep a refrigerator running

    My body must hate me - it'll have to burn more to keep me heated.

    What does this actually mean btw. don't think there's any info on the site to explain how the results compare or what their meaning is.

    I was just thinking the same thing: Christ, with the exception of maybe four or five, you guys have some high heart rates. Either you've all measured after some fappage / finishing another level in FEAR, or you're all just big fatties. :p Though I'll admit, mine's quite freakishly low.

    40bpm (from an HRM), 86kg, 6'0", athletic muscular renders:

    over 90bpm, 68kg, 180cm (about 5'10"), 19, lean athletic

    I thought that a consistently high heart rate (for a fit physique) is desirable and is related to a high metabolism.
