I didn't take this picture for artistic reasons. just to show much snow we have gotten so far over here in ottawa. Currently i think it's around 400+ CM :)

Those snow banks are around 5 - 6 feet high and solid all the way back. Same in the front yard.

And I'm very pleased with that fact :) It's time for spring and clear weather.

Lucky. I've got at least a foot still (and much more in the front), and that's AFTER we had a warm day where it rained for 24 hours straight and melted half of it.

Heh, I wanted to go skiing this season and it just never happened. :(

Think I'm gonna have to take a trip somewhere like Canada or the US where you're almost guaranteed the right weather. :)

I´m really so jealous right now, I was looking forword so much to take up snowboarding again this year, after an eight year break but how much snow did we get? like 5cm at most and that lasted for 24 hours and then it went away, stupid winter :(

Give me a warm, fresh spring evening over a load of snow anyday... I don't even know if my eyes remember what snow looks like... :brrr:

lucky you. we got a total of about 40cm here (near edmonton), and it's almost all gone already. i went skiing today and hit mud a few times.

and i'll agree with jamie on the jpg thing.

sadly all the snow here has melted, which means clear dry streets and no fun to drive on. But I'm glad it's no longer -40 with windchill here.
