im going to replace my water tubes tomorrow, and I've got no water wetter left, So I've got some zerox.

How much should I add to the water, anyone know what water to coolant ratio to use.
    cheers.

Zerex, you mean? Use a 5% solution.

Moreover, it is the best additive going at the moment. Best corrosion inhibition, no smell (like Waterwetter), less foaming (like some other additives). It is the daddy.

You will have to put up with its nice, fuchsia-pink colour, though. :p But some dye can change that.

Zerex is good for a wide range protection of temps. PG Coolants (Propylene Glycol) are safer to the enviroment, your health, lubicates the pump and has the protection that Zerex has.

If you go with 5% glycol base coolant to 95% distilled water, you may run a corrosion risk with having dis-similar metals. Basically, cooper and aluminum. OR, you could run with that ratio, but would need to monitor and flush the cooling loop often. A 10%~20% glycol will offer a far better protection level and would require a yearly flush of the system parts.

Yeah, or you could do like I'm doing and run 50% antifreeze, so I can put my loop in a dice bath or leave it outside overnight when overclocking...

    Ghetto subzero at its best...

Yes, but water loses thermal transfer efficiency with that amount of antifreeze in it...
