Windows How to backup Outlook express address book?

Im trying to backup an address book on a PC with outlook express 6, and windows 98.
In the address book program both the import and export options are greyed out? How can I export the address book? Or does anyone know where the address book is kept so I can just copy it, I need to move it to a different PC.

what about backup emails

- how can you do that with outlook express?

- i can "export" the emails to Outlook or MS exchange, but i cant export then to a file (like you can with email adress)

- im rebuilding the OS on this PC, so i need a way of saving the emails, so i can put them back onto the new build
