I knew someone would say that, all I can say is that from all appearances he presents the signs of a person with a firm grasp of the english language; furthermore this style of questions, requests and similar are not solely presented by the 2nd language english, but the first also. Additionally, this style is most prevelant with a particular mindset, to which I apposed - those who seem to think that the mere mention of a subject and the aquisition of information in that desired area is enough to form a 'proper' request -- it is not.
