Best way of doing this would be to get a uv light, get the blue uv dye, put the water in a bowl, put the dye in little by little until you get that effect. I think that's the best advice your going to get.

OK, that's some custom stuff, I think.

Those are UV blue reactive NON-LIGHTED fans, a UV blue reactive acrylic block top, and that may/may not be UV reactive tubing and NOT the water. Had to look at it closer.

If you'll look, the entire top glows evenly, as do the fans. You can see that by the evenness it's reacting, not producing the light. If it were producing parts would be brighter.

Also, the tubing would have less of a fuzzy edge if it were a UV reactive coolant, as it would be bounded by the clear tubing, and its edge would be sharper due to the filtering effect of the clear tubing walls.

I've taken lots of shots of WC cases before, and I've owned a LOT of UV blue stuff, so I have seen a lot of this.

Coolant may still be PC Ice though, it's getting real popular...

Strike that, it's definetely UV tubing. You can see the edges light up more than the middle, cause you see more profile on the edges.

Yeah it looks just like the UV tubing in my rig which glows blue, looks uncannily like it.
