How to preserve their beloved Blu-ray movies, and backup these files to the hard drive of computers or to an external hard drive is one of the available methods among them. To help Mac users more efficiently complete copying Blu-ray movies. Please suggest an efficient and effective method for the backup and storage blu-ray disks.
    Thankyou.

I don't think you can, because MacOS doesn't have DRM Blu-ray support in the OS. I think you'll end up with SD quality. I think the best you can do is do an image disk backup.

You can't buy a mac with a bluray drive for a start...

Guess you could put one it but it'd be a chore in anything less than an Mac Pro.

Put them back in the box after you use them and don't throw them at the wall and they should last a long time...;)

Take a look at MacTheRipper. Have heard it can rip BR discs as well as DVDs. As far as I know, it won't do encoding, but will take it down to a video_ts folder on your hard drive.
